Engaging Curriculum Solutions understands the needs of the sector and we aim to help services and educators achieve their professional goals. We recognise the importance of the formative years to children’s overall development and aim to empower early childhood educators to recognise the significance of their role. 

 

We provide resources and training which engage educators in the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards in a way which is meaningful and workable. We place great value on the Assessment and Rating process and ensure our training reflects this. Our early childhood professional development sessions are designed to assist educators in all areas of pedagogical practice. They are practical, relatable, and designed to guide them in finding their own individual approach to their practice.

 

 We also offer early childhood professional development catered to the unique needs of the service or company. Training packs, in these cases, will be designed to reflect the individual needs and strengths of the service/company in question. We will engage and inspire educators, whether in a small setting or speaking at larger events. We hope to ignite in educators a passion to find themselves as professional pedagogists. 

 

ECS also work in partnership with Educate2Epower publishing to promote their protective behaviours kit. The National Quality Standard requires us to ensure children’s safety through our educational programs. To assist services in informing children about protective behaviours in a way that doesn’t overwhelm stakeholders, Educate2Epower developed a ten week program introducing this important issue to children. We can assist in orders, and delivery of the training which accompanies the program. 

 

Engaging Curriculum Solutions also provides an early childhood consultancy service. This service is provided based on the individual needs of the early childhood service and aims to assist you in finding the right approach to the National Quality Standards and pedagogical practice for your individual educators, community and families. We will take the time to understand your service philosophy, community systems, individual educator goals and strengths, and leadership requirements. We will work together with you in developing a service approach that works for all stakeholders and exceeds national quality standards.
